Avytron Store Returns & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons. These may include underwear, swimwear, opened personal care products, bottles, and other selected items. Personalized or customized products are also non-returnable. Items marked as final sale or heavily discounted may not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in the same condition they were received. Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or missing important labels may not qualify for a refund. While original packaging is not required, products should be securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Once your return is received and inspected, refund processing may take several business days depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Customers are encouraged to keep proof of return shipment until the process is fully completed. Multiple orders should be returned separately to avoid delays or refund issues.

Exchange availability may vary depending on product stock and location. If a requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact the Avytron Store support team as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos so we can assist you.
